Privacy Policy

OnNUp Coaching is a business and life coaching company. www.onnupcoaching.com collects data for a few purposes, but ALWAYS respects the privacy of our users and their right to understand and withdraw their information. We’ve done our best to write the following policies in plain English you can understand, since none of us speak legal-ese.

Data Collection and Use

Contact Forms

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect just enough information for us to respond to your message. This may include name, email, phone number, and anything else you put in the form. This information will not be used for marketing or email list sign-ups. Information will be stored as needed to communicate with you, in a manner not entirely different from an address book.

Newsletter Sign-Ups

When you opt-in to our newsletter, the form collects your name and email address so that we can send you news, tips, and occasional promotions. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, do not fill out this form. We use MailChimp to send newsletters and marketing communications. You can view MailChimp’s privacy policy here.

Blog Comments

When you write a blog comment, our blog collects your name, computer’s IP address, and the time and date you submitted the comment. This information is used to identify you as a contributor to the comments of our blog. Only your name will be shown, although email addresses that have been used to create a Gravatar account may display a Gravatar photo. You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy here.

Consent

We receive this data from you when you fill out contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or enter a blog comment. Your input is not required at any time, and it may be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing from newsletters or contacting us at paulgaskell@onnupcoaching.com to remove blog comments or delete you from our contact list.
